ROOKIE STARTUP PROGRAM

Durch die hohe Anzahl (vorrangig deutschen) Rookie-piloten gegenüber den „normalen“ WorldCup-Wettbewerben, haben wir über eine kleine Integrationsmaßnahme nachgedacht.
Das Ziel ist, dass jeder Rookie einen erfahrenen Piloten an die Hand bekommt, der ihm den Einstieg ins F3F erleichtert und über die größten Stolpersteine hinweghilft.
Wir bitten daher alle „Senior“ Piloten ihre Bereitschaft dazu beim Abholen der Startnummern zu signalisieren. Wir kümmern uns dann um sinnvolle Paarungen zwischen den Piloten, sofern das nicht sogar schon vorher passiert ist.

With the exceptional high number of rookie piltos, compared to the average World Cup competition, we thought about a system to support these newcomers and to get them to know each other and the seasoned pilots.
During the handout of the startnumbers, we ask all senior pilots to volunteer for the „rookie startup program“ to pick and and teach one of the newcomers during the competition. This way every rookie will get an inside view from an F3F-veteran and has an easy start into the scene.
