we see the competition date approach very fast and want to inform you about our pandemic situation and team ranking plans.
Despite the cancellation of the Pyrenees Cup we are planning to do the competition, but we have to follow the regulations of the country and state.
good things first:
for a good team-ranking we need you to update your team suggestions in f3x-vault. Please do so until October 9th, so we can setup the timing system with the proper teams.
If we recieve no further information, you will be put in an international generic team with a very funny team name…
now the heavy stuff:
In general the regulations of the state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern say, that you are permitted to travel into the state if you show no signs of flu or covid19.
The regulations also state, that everybody who wants to come to Rügen from an „international risk area“ may only do so if you can provide a negative test certificate.
Before coming to Rügen, please inform yourself about the state of your area at the website of the Robert-Koch-Institute, which decides what areas are „international risk areas“.
If you are traveling to us from such an area, please be sure to provide a negative test certificate or we might not allow you to start at the competition.
As of today, the following areas are „international risk areas“:
